Right now I am:

Working on publishing this post that I have been working on for 2 weeks.

Cuddling my boys ... A lot!

Trying to figure out where to begin picking up the pieces and ...

Knowing it will all come together one of these days.

Enjoying everything about my Peterpie (picking out his own clothes, putting his own shirt on, repeating almost everything his daddy says, making choo choo sounds, jumping, climbing, peddling his trike).

Seeing everything in different light.

Loving how a steaming hot shower can somehow clean the mind and soul.

Bragging about how far my Charlie has come in 6 months.

Smiling about the way Petie makes Charlie laugh but still knows how to push Charlie's extra sensitive buttons.

Comparing Charlie's laugh to Exia's.

Worrying about how fast Petie is catching onto my diversions and tricks.

Thanking family for their ability to forgive.

  1. Do you remember this quote from the Biology of Transcendence?

"Mother and infant are designed to be a dynamic that activates in each nature's agenda for nurturing and well-being. The infant unlocks in the mother a wisdom and knowledge gained over eons as the mother unlocks in the infant the intelligence to be fully human and, eventually, to nurture his or her own offspring in turn. The mother's influence is far more pervasive than she may be aware."

So how far has Charlie come in the last six months? (Or Petie for that matter?)...

I'm reminded of the above quote. YOUR influence is responsible for unlocking nature's agenda for well being in each boy and all of the amazing growing that's happening for them to become who they will be...

    Good work Mama!

And good work Petie and Charlie - did you know that your influence is responsible for unlocking wisdom within your mama? Someday, your mama will be wise because of you :) (j/k, you already are wise Jo!).

Actually, maybe you shouldn't tell them that, maybe they already know their own power...or are at least starting to catch on...
